3D renderings and animation

ARCOM uses AutoCAD Revit 2012 to create 3D models, renderings and animations of spaces that are photo realistic, helping prospective clients visualize layouts and building owners market their space.  This service can be also be used in creating communications for architectural review and planning board hearings, client review, real estate marketing and investor relations.  Some of our renderings can be viewed on our Portfolio page.

Interior Design

ARCOM's interior design process includes conceptual color palette options, selection and specification of all finish materials including ceiling and lighting, wall finishes, flooring, millwork and artwork.  We assist with the selection of furniture and coordinate fabrics and finishes to ensure a cohesive design that reinforces the client's branding. These skills have been applied to offices within all professions including medical and legal, retail, residential and building amenities such as lobbies, corridor, elevators, gyms, children's rooms and tenant lounges.

Portfolio management

ARCOM inventories a building’s vacant and leased spaces and provides a comprehensive analysis to help the building owner plan for future capital expenditures. We survey and manage AutoCAD drawings for architectural, leasing, marketing and operational purposes. To date, we have applied our proprietary Portfolio Management Tool to more than 4 million square feet of commercial space.
